Cranberry Bruschetta

Here is another great Thanksgiving Recipe! Cranberry Bruschetta! This is a Thanksgiving twist on the traditional Italian version.

This is super easy.  You can make this by using the cranberry salsa recipe I posted earlier today by clicking here.  This works beautifully with goat cheese or cream cheese. You can omit the Jalapeno if you prefer the recipe without the added spiciness. I think the jalapeno adds great flavor and texture. This is a perfect pre-dinner appetizer. Be sure to tune in for more unique Thanksgiving recipes this week, which will include unusual cranberry sauces, fun desserts, delicious side dishes and a refreshing Thanksgiving libation. Bon Appetit!

 Ingredients

Cranberry Salsa Recipe (Click Here)
A crusty french baguette in thick slices
Goat cheese or cream cheese

Directions:

Toast baguette slices and spread with goat cheese or cream cheese and top with cranberry salsa

This would be amazing with a rich full bodied red wine

I just love bruschetta - I never thought to try it with anything but garlic and tomato though. This looks fab - can't wait to give it a try once cranberries start becoming available in our stores here in France.
