Rosemary Roasted Turkey Sandwiches with Lemon Mayo

Rosemary Roasted Turkey Sandwiches with Lemon Mayo. Yes, you can even make a sandwich that has style! The style quotient of a sandwich goes up when you wrap it in a beautiful napkin, tie with beautiful ribbon and garnish with fresh herbs. This sandwich is filling and the lemon mayo marries perfectly with the Rosemary roasted turkey.  You can easily make this into a vegetarian sandwich by omitting the turkey and adding a hearty vegetable like grilled zucchini or artichokes.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey Sandwiches with Lemon Mayo

Ingredients

Rosemary Roasted Turkey Slices
Italian Baguette sliced in half
Fresh tomato slices
Fresh leaf lettuce
Red Onion
Provolone Cheese sliced thin

Lemon Mayo

2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Stir ingredients together and spread on both slices on baguette. Layer ingredients on baguette starting with lettuce. When all layers are on baguette bread, slice the sandwich in half and wrap in a beautiful napkin or piece of fabric.

Fresh Rosemary

A sandwich like this needs the perfect drink.  This cucumber cooler is a twist on the refreshing cucumber water you get at spas. Refreshing, Fizzy, Sweet, light...Whats not to love?

Cucumber Cooler

Approximately 1-2 oz. cucumber slices
1/2 ounce agave nectar
a couple of mint leaves (you can omit if you prefer)
1 ounce fresh squeeze lime juice
sparkling water

Layer a couple of cucumber slices and mint in a mixing glass and muddle lightly to get juice from cucumber. Add other ingredients and strain into a glass.  Add ice, additional cucumber slices and lime.
